I personally prefer Hogue G10 checkered as aftermarket grips for my non-Legion P226's and P220. I had tried the Piranha on a prior 220 and didn't like the texture. Oddly, I feel that I have better purchase with the checkered; the larger pattern of the Piranha seemed to make it less "grippy".
